

Springboard, the Lancashire rural women’s network
With an individual membership of 110 the aim of the rural women’s network is to help members:
- form lasting friendships and support networks
- gain confidence in their abilities
- develop relevant skills
- overcome barriers
- contribute to the rural economy
- start and successfully run their businesses
- find worthwhile employment
- know how to get help and support
