Springboard, the Lancashire rural women’s network

With an individual membership of 110 the aim of the rural women’s network is to help members:

  • form lasting friendships and support networks
  • gain confidence in their abilities
  • develop relevant skills
  • overcome barriers
  • contribute to the rural economy
  • start and successfully run their businesses
  • find worthwhile employment
  • know how to get help and support

Those who become involved in Springboard will determine the training provided. The following are examples of topics likely to be included in this year’s schedule:
